|IF the above recovery does not work AND IF your RAM tests OK with Memtest86 AND IF your hard drive tests OK with Seatools (or your hard drive mfg's utility), THEN you can either perform a Factory Restore on the machine (see your online manual for details for your machine) or purchase a recovery disk set from the system manufacture and reinstall Windows, drivers, and original programs. BUT FIRST I would recommend explaining in more detail what your problem is and get advice here on your options to fix your current installation if possible.
