gamma ray /generla oc adjustment

Specs: Windows 2000
My office has a floor to ceiling window to my left & 4 long fluorescent lights above my desk ( 2-soft yellow,2-bright white) and I am going BLIND looking at my PC screen all day and don't know how to adjust it

Hope you mean gamma and not gamma ray, otherwise you got a whole new set of problems.

Monitors just aren't made to be viewed in bright light. You need one of those hood things that NFL officials use when viewing a replay.

Look into some anti-glare filters from 3M, they work well.

Gamma Ray adjustment, lol. Cancer anyone?
