Didn't it come with instructions? I don't think you need a special driver, you just have to setup your gamepad in Control Panel/Game Controllers. Click on ADD & then select your gamepad from the list...if it's not listed, use a generic one (i.e. 4-button gamepad). Make sure it's plugged in first...
