Which of those motherboards will be faster in Gaming ?

P45 or X38 ?

If you have no intention of running a crossfire config, go for the P45. And if you're still running a P4, chuck it & get a Core 2 Duo.

Where did I say that? I said if you are NOT going to run crossfire (meaning two ATI video cards at the same time), the P45 is the better choice. And why is the other option the X38 instead of the X48?

Ok, got that (sorry Im confused these days..) I am not going to run crossfire , so Im gonna go with the P45..

For the X38 vs. X48 question.. I already have a Maximus Formula.. using it for gaming (when I have free time)

The new PC will have a server role.. (the one with the P45) so I want to know which motherboard is faster to be my Gaming PC...

I didnt explain earlier.. sorry..
