I have a Gigabyte ga-8ipe1000 board with 1gb of 512x2 roswell ram. geforce 6600 256mb agp also rosewell. P4 h/t 3.0ghz. 80gb hard drive.LG dvd rw/r so.....it is all set up to my knowledge and i have built computers before.Iv tried every thing. I boot to the xp set up through via cd, and installs fine. The system will reboot and just hang at "Verifiying dmi pool data". It will not boot past that. I tried another hard drive as well. Have any ideas. Am i missing something stupid. Thanks
