Giga-Byte GA-7N400-L Motherboard
Okay, this is overly frustrating. I was pissing around when I realised my bios wouldn't respond to any keystrokes. So I changed keyboards and tried again. So, I have used both a Wireless USB keyboard, a Wireless PS2 Keyboard, and two different wired keyboards. Assuming that I had changed an option, I reset the bios. Now when it starts up it says, "CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded" press F1 to use defaults, Del to enter setup or F9 for express recovery. So i hit del, nothing happens, hit F1, nothing happens, hit F9, nothing happens. Tried this with my large assortment of keyboards also.Please help me, thanks.

change your cmos battery (or check the battery voltage +/- 10%)
When all else fails beat the $%!* out of it!!!

I really want to beat the !@$@*$@ out of it. Something always goes wrong. Another odd thing, when it was working this afternoon, Windows wouldn't even respond to my PS2 keyboards. Even took I to the extent of uninstalling the wireless and using only PS2, but the PS2 didn't work at all and the wireless continued to work :S.
Would that have anything to do about the bios, or is that something worse, like the motherboard. :(

Sounds possible like the MOB.. but could be combination of MOB and BIOS. FIRST I WOULD GO OUT AND BUY A BATTERY FOR $4 and see if that fixes your problem. ALSO;
Try a USB Keyboard
Try A bootable cd or floppy with Basic drivers
Try a clean install of windows.If nothing, then RMA the board
