FSB is (F)ront (S)ide (B)us. This is the speed of which the RAM chip can run to communicate with the CPU. You need to know what type of RAM chips you would need depending on what your mobo will handle. If you want more detail than this, let this forum know. I'm not sure how much info you want.
Summary: As far as I know, the RAM is PC2700 (DDR333). The CPU temp is usually at around 48-49C, and the system temp at 31C, both of which I was told should be fine, so I wouldn't think it should be overheatin...
