Fried Floppy Drive

A while back my floppy drive failed so I replaced it,the replacement has now expired and the one after that(in the space of a few weeks)I think the power supply is putting out too much power and will need to be replaced,could it be anything else?The rest of the computer works OK.

not to sure about it but would think if the power supply was bad, it would also be takeing out the hdd and cd drive. could be a bad power connector at floppy drive or maybe data cable.
