Hey guys,
I really need your help. A couple of days ago i bought the Freecom classic external series CD-RW ( 40x10x40). I connected it to the USb2 port and did exactly 'what it says on the tin', and when i tried to install the Easy Creator software that came with it, it says its going to install, but doesnt. Never the less, i downloaded some music on Windows Media Player, and burnt it from that, using Roxio, into the cd, it worked fine. However, the next day i tried to do the same thing, and when i pres the 'copy' button, a message comes up saying "NO DEVICES CAPABLE OF BURNING DISCS WERE FOUND ON YOUR SYSTEM. PLEASE CHECK YOUR HARDWARE AND DRIVE CONNECTIONS AND TRY AGAIN." i have tried to do what it says, but im not a computer genius, and so only know vaguely what to do. Nothing had happened to the computer the previous day, what the hell do i do? please help, i am getting really worked up about it !!! cheers

hey Dave,
Tahnks alot for the response. Im not amazingly good with computers as far as to say that i dont understand the jargon (o/s,NIODE?) I would be very grateful if you would be able to write back with ur suggestion in 'laymans' terms?! if you cant be bothered, thats cool with me, thanks for the reply anyway. Also, I dont think Roxio tryied to install anything, i just clicked on COPY and roxio came up. PLEASE try and help if you can, I would be very grateful,, cheers Dave.
