hi, for some unknow reason when i try to burn any of my films or music onto cd's windows tells me it cannot complete the format or that the film is copy protected, it never use too, do u know how i can fix this please?

dunno what your formatting - only way you can format a cd/dvd is if its rewritable...

as for copy protection chances are your trying to burn music/video via windows media player?
