Format windows failed

Specs: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate, 1.75 GHz / 1024 MB

I cant format my HDD.
When i started my Pc, I pushed F8, selected ComandPrompt (or something), then "format C:"... i need a code or a word to format Dir C...
Need help here...

You cannot format the drive from the command prompt because the commands are on the drive you're trying to delete. You can only format the c: drive by using an external source, usually either a boot disk or XP installation disk.

ok, i get bluescreen for trying formating the HDD by using the XP cd... something called "0x000000a". i dont know what it is but it comes all the time when trying delete or install system stuffs... that is the real problem... :/
