Is there any way possible that I could force my BIOS to let me use both an AGP video card along with the Onboard Video for use with dual monitors??

Maybe there's some kind of BIOS update I could use or some software maybe.

My Mobo is a ASRock K7S41GX and I have an nVidia GeForce FX5200.

Nvidia cards from the higher end of their products, support dual monitors. Check the specs on your card for details as to how to make it work...

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...

It is unlikely that you will get the on-board video and the AGP video slot to work together. The on-board video will be using the AGP bus and AGP is a single device bus.

As setishock says, if you want two monitors, disable the on-board video and use to two monitor AGP in the AGP slot.

I am using an FX5200 and I am currently running dual-screen on it. I don't see why yours wouldn't work. I have the 128 MB FX5200. I know they make a 64 MB version and I don't know if it can do dual-screen.

I am also using the 128MB FX5200, and before I reformated I was using dual monitors with no problem.

The Reason I asked about the onboard VGA is because I can't get my PCI and AGP cards to work together anymore.

In BIOS if I set the primary adapter to AGP I get that stupid Error code 10 junk. If I set BIOS to have PCI as primary then both adapters are fine except in the Diasplay Properties where you would enable the dual screen, it only shows the PCI adapter, doesnt even give me the option to change.

I've read before that changing the monitor to Standard VGA might help but I have not been able to find where I change that.
