i have a problem with the floppy drive.i guess i formatted a 1.44mb floppy disk to 360k in Dos Navigator(DN-file manager-even if i don't remember doing that),and now my PC does not read and write 1,44mb disks anymore.When i try to acces the A: drive from dos comand line, DN, or Norton Disk Doctor(NDD) the pc reboots. if a bootdisk is placed in the drive, at rebooting after checking all drives, PC stops at reading drive A without displaying any message. if i put other 1.44mb disk at rebooting the following message appears: Int 08-9f40:0123 Int 13-9ec0:0346 virus strerilized.cure boot? if i press Y or N ,the situation above repeats.DN and NDD says that's a 360k drive, but DN can format normally any 3 1/2 disk at 1.44mb capacity.DN- at system information says-unknown floppy drive type(before-was 1,44mb), and something similar at LPT port finding(before-1).vcmos(old utility) says that's a 1,44mb drive(i didn't edited and saved anything here).booting from C: is OK.Can be a BIOS failure or drive problem, and how can be solved?

have you checked your BIOs? some how it may have set itself for the wrong floppy drive. i would start by checking that.
