Hello there
I'm writing an embedded application in C to interface with a Compact Flash memory card. I'm using ATA driver functions developed especially for the processor I use (Rabbit3000). I can read and write without any problems.
My question is concerning the number of sectors on the memory card. I have an 8 Meg card with 512 bytes sectors. Thereby I figured out that I should have 16 384 sectors. However, my application can't read passed the 15679th sector. Is there something I should know about computing the number of sectors on a flash card?
