first build newb/ good choices?

AMD Phenom x4 Agena black edition 2.6GHz

OCZ 4GB PC2-8500 (ddr2-1066)

MSI K9A2platinum AM2+/Am2 790FX motherboard

Seagate barracuda 7200 hdd 500 GB

XCLIO 700 watt ps X14S4P4 certified cross fire ready

XCLIO A380BK tower

MSI R4830-T2D1G-OC RADEON HD 4830 GDDR3 PCI express 2.0

Cooler master hyper Z600 cpu fan

this is my first build anybody tell me if this will work?
and if i get the gumption overclockable?
do i need to change anything?

Other than the power supply, it looks pretty solid. Either of these would be much better (& cheaper):

And with the money you'd save by purchasing one of the Corsair power supplies, you could buy a Phenom II. It's a much better CPU.

the reason i went with the 9950 is that the k9a2 does not show support for the phenom ii
maybe i should get the DKA790GX platinum instead?
it does have the nice little over clock switch in it.
