k, i have a biostar M7VIG Pro motherboard, and i recently have tried installinga firewire card into my computer. Ive done this tons of times before, and the firewire card was working fine on my old computer. Now, after installing the firewire card into this new computer, it isnt detected by the computer, and after doing a hardware search, the computer doesnt find it. Its properly connected and firmly set into a PCI slot. Ive tried multiple PCI slots. The firewire card is a Belkin 3-port PCI slot type. Anyway i can get this computer to detect the firewire card??
