FB 1789N-C modem drivers needed....

Hello I have a FB 1789N-C Modem, probably by PCTel. I downloaded drivers for it a week ago, but my friend had deleted them. Now, I cannot find the right drivers for it anywhere. Some give me an error message while booting up Windows saying"
" While initializing device PTVCD "
while others simply are not compatible. He has WindowsME...

Any help or suggestion??
