I recently upgraded to vista home premium and now my favorites toolbar is missing. WHen I click the view button and point to toolbars, the favorites bar is not even an option. No matter where I look it's not an option. Where did it go and how can I get it back?? This is driving me crazy because every help site I check has the same answer and they don't apply to my situtaion. This has happened to me before and I can't remember how I fixed it.
