whats up fellas?i wanted to ask you guys a question?I want to upgrade my cheap ram to some good dual channel ram,and my mobo accepts Dual-Channel DDR400 Non-ECC CL3 Memory 184 pin ,and i was looking at this ram Kingston HyperX 512MB 466MHz DDR Non-ECC CL3..Would this work for overclocking since its 466mhz,and not 400?am i safe with this,or should i just stay with stricktly ddr 400?Thanks fellas

You will be fine with that ram. Considering the 466MHz you can theoretically raise you FSB to 233 and still run 1:1. That's a lot of headroom for overclocking. And dual channel means running two identical chips of ram. ie you should get two of those ram chips to run in dual channel

thanks man for the help.Would you get 2 sticks of dual channel 256mb= 512mb,or would get 2 sticks of 512mbs=1gh for faster performance?

I also saw ocz brand of dual channel,and corsair brand of dualchannel.Is kingston a good choice?or are the other 2 better ram choices?
