Had this been a working system or is it a new build? If it had been working, what happened to bring about your problem? I'd double checking everything...cables, AGP/PCI cards, memory, jumpers, etc. Try booting again, if that fails, try disconnecting all devices (hard drive, CD drives, floppy, sound, modem, etc) except the video card & one memory stick, then see if it will boot up. If not, you either have a bad board or possibly a bad CPU....

Also make sure you are using a 250-300W of higher Power supply. Check the FSB settings , etc. You have plenty to check before tossing the board.

Yes, don't toss it yet! Try a different memory stick and, yes, a different video board. My new build did the same thing, no beeps, blank screen until I did. Don't give up. Good luck. :)
