What do you mean your "Case fan" doesn't spin? Do you mean you PSU fan doesn't spin or you actual case fan doesn't spin? If its you PSU, you will have to get a new fan or PSU but if it is just a case fan, it shouldn't harm it. I mean you only have a 533MHz and it doesn't create much heat.

Immediately replace any fan that shows signs of slowing down or stopping!!!!! It could cause serious damage to your system.

Usually you can remove the little paper sticker from the center of the fan and apply a drop of machine oil in the hole. This should get a sluggish fan moving again. Just be sure you wipe all residue of oil from the contact surface and cover the hole with a good piece of tape.

Well, it feels like the magnets are too strong, like, when off, i move it myself and it spins alittle but its like it stops on a grove or something, and when it gets powered up, it gets stuck on that groove. Its a $6 clear 4 led fan.

Spend a little more and buy a fan with ball bearings. They are much more reliable.
