Hi I'm having problem with my external HD making ticking noise. It was working yesterday and when I got home today, I heard ticking noise and it was driving me crazy and just now, I realized that it was my external drive that was making the noise. I tried plugging the HD via USB and it didn't find anything. How do I go about saving this problem? I have many important stuff stored in that HD.
