Hi,
I recently bought an external BENQ USB 2.0 CD RW to attach to my DELL laptop. It says that for WIN 2000/XP/ME no drivers are required and the OS automatically detects it,hence no drivers are available on the web.
The OS says found new hardware but cannot locate drivers for it and as a result it is not detecting the device.I have installed Nero 5.5 for burning but cannot get the OS to detect the device. if anyone knows how to get around this problem please do let me know. thanks.
