(edit) Sorry for the title but I dont think this is a scsi drive anymore, just a laptop sized (2.5") IDE hard drive but the pin configuration still seems strange....

Hello,
I have a laptop hard drive that I need to put into an external case so that I can try to recover some of the data off of it. A normal sata or ide enclosure wont work as this drive came out of a dell inspiron 5160 and appears to be a special type of IDE with 44 pins. The hard drive is a Toshiba MK6026GAX http://www.sdd.toshiba.com/main.asp... This site says it is an ATA-6 drive. The connection has 44 pins as opposed to 3.5" IDEs 40. The pin configuration looks the same, they are just all closer together. I've been looking for an external case for hopefully less than $30 that will be compatible with this drie. Any help or links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The following USB2IDE (3.5 & 2.5) adapter should do the job:
