hi, i use an old laptop as a desktop connected to an external monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, modem. The graphics card only has 2 mb mem. and no 3D. Is there any such thing as an external graphics card? Or an external sound card? Are they available?

Hi, I have a Laptop that I plan to us to DJ. I am using the software PCDJ. The question is, I would like the recommendation for an inexpensive USB sound card so I can lesson when I Queue the next song up. I saw one call Nexusb mad by Nexcell, but I can’t find the price and any place that sells it. It has to have a Head set plug.
