Might have to log on to the modem if you can to see more.
Might have to borrow a modem to test your line.
Might have to use a phone line to the outside of your home to single out the home wires.
A single home dsl filter may be better than many on each phone. ATT only has them.
I had my dsl line worked on for a year until they finally fixed it. Tech told me of many of the other issues to look for.
Bad home phone wires. Bad DSL filters, Modem gone bad.
Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
