I started my laptop and it automatically went to the a screen that has the following error messages:
0701: USB Over Current On HC/Port - Bus:00H Dev:1AH Fun:00H / Port:00H
and..
0701: USB Over Current On HC/Port - Bus:00H Dev:1AH Fun:00H / Port:001H

Try disconnecting all USB devices.
If it doesn't help, check the USB sockets for bent pins.
No bent pins? Might be a motherboard problem.
