Hello, my computer has begun behaving strangely recently. It runs fine for about an hour, but after that it begins to heavily "lag" and stutter. What it does exactly is runs fine for a few seconds, then freezes, then runs fine again, and freezes again, etc. These actions all happen in short bursts, and I can best describe it as the computer stuttering. It has run fine until now and I'm not sure what is causing the computer to behave like this. Any input will be appriciated.

overheating. so check your fans and blow the box out for dust. Always a good start.

Good advice from Wanderer... Do as he says, and maybe download a little heat monitor called Hmonitor.exe and use that to monitor the heat of your motherboard and CPU. Maybe even invest in some more cooler fans for your pc. John
