Hello:
I am running a Biostar M7NCD motherboard with NVidia NForce chipset drivers and WindowsMe. I just purchased a new Epson C64 inkjet printer with a USB connection. The driver and printer software are installed correctly. My problem is with the port that the printer works with. It is called EPUSB1: (EPSON Stylus C64). When I reboot my system and try to use the Epson utility to print a test page I recieve a message saying windows can't send the page to the printer. If I use the details option in the Epson utility and change the port to something like Com1 and then back to EPUSB1: (EPSON Stylus C64), it prints. Does anyone have any insight or advice as to what is going on. I called Epson tech support and they could only advise me to remove and install the driver again. I found this changing of the ports on my own. Any help would be appreciated.
