Enter Current Password: Computer Halted

When I turn on my PC it ask for Enter current password but when enter the password I know 3X it displayed Computer Halted. What I should i do to solve this problem? Is there somthing wrong with my PC?
I insert my OS CD but but it doesent read my OS. I try to press F8 or F2 all the letters but it doesnt work. Can any 1 help me?

Is it possible you are entering the password incorrectly?

e.g. is the caps lock on, when it should be off.

Also is the Num Lock involved.

If the password is case sensitive, these keys could have an effect.

This is how BIOS password works. Three wrong password will cause the computer to halt. If you don't remember the true password you set, remove & reinstall CMOS battery usually clear passwords. Heed this WARNING: Everything you configured in BIOS will be irreversibly lost.)

Guys, i have already remove CMOS battery, when i turn on my pc, it always restart. When I hit F1, or F8 during boot ups it goes to BIOS set-up, i try to check and save the changes and exit the same thing happened,it displayed hit F1 to run set-up I try insert my OS cd to reformat my PC but it doesn't recognized my windows XP and the same thing happened it always restart. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you guys.
