Subject: enabling USB device in BIOSOS: win98CPU/Ram: 64 MB Digital PC 5500 |
Comment: I have an old Digital PC 5500 running Win98 with 64 MB ram. I am trying to hook up a USB printer, but the USB device in the bios is disabled. I went into the BIOS and selected Chipset and it showed that USB is disabled, and to select (+ -) to change the settings, however, it will not allow me to change this. I can changed all other settings in the BIOS except for this one that I need to enable. Do I have to change a jumper on the mother board or I am just missing something simple??? Thanks in advance. Mark
