I looked at how to install and remove a CPU but i was wondering before i Buy it would it fit

Let's see...you'll have to gut the case, install a new motherboard, new RAM, the CPU, new video card & new power supply. Then you'll have to reinstall Windows (the eMachines discs will be useless due to the board change). About $500 should cover it, not including the cost of a retail copy of Windows (if needed).

Whatever upgrade you might be able to do for the cpu is not going to improve the performance very much and it is not worth the money IMHO. You would be better off saving that money and when you have enough saved, buy or build a new computer.
