Specs: Windows
Replaced motherboard with exactly the same board, because of bad capacitors. Now it turns on and stays on, no beeps to alarm that there is an issue, but I get no video.

I've got to ask - why would you get the exact same board? I hope you got it cheap. Did you bench test it before installing it in the case? If not, there's no way of telling if the board is at fault or you assembled something incorrectly. What about thermal paste? Did you put a tiny dab in the center of the CPU before installing the heatsink?

There are many possibilities that could cause this problem.

Did you used anti-static wrist strap while assembling the computer? Or at least statically discharge yourself before assembling?

Did you properly installed every components?

OK, I assume there are no faulty components and all components are properly installed, then maybe the problem is BIOS error, then you need to reset the BIOS. You can read detailed instructions here: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixth...

You've double checked that everything is installed and connected properly?

Was the old motherboard working at all? If not, the bad caps may have been an incidental issue. You may have a bad power supply. Those Bestec were failure prone and when they did go they often ruined the motherboard as well.
