The panel that has to come off would be on the left side when facing the tower. Remove the two screws from the rear of the case that hold the side panel in place, then slide the side panel back approx 1/2" to 1", then remove.

Found it! See page 46 of the manual:

" and also the dvd door will not open can you help me thanks"

No need to do this unless a CD/DVD is in the tray.

The Front Cover comes off from inside the case,
leaving the CD/DVDs' and floppy, if equipped, in Place.

To remove CD/DVD From Trays;
Use a Straightened, large diameter, paperclip to open CD/DVD trays. Look for a small, round hole in the CD/DVD face plates. Insert the straightened paper clip in the hole, gently, till it stops, then push gently, till the tray pops open.

The Front Panel has to be removed to remove/replace the CD/DVD/Floppy Drives.

There are 8 to 10 locking lugs that need to be depressed, pushed toward the Center of the case, (yes, almost all at the same time) to realease the Front Panel.

Refer to Users Manual supplied by jam for posible pictorial guide.

There is nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.
