CPU/Ram: 2.4/2.53- 512MB SDRAM

I bought 2 P4VXASD2 Motherboard (533FSB) for 2 systems. But for some ungodly reason the system will come on but nothing happens on the screen, I have tried every possible jumper setting and nothing...HELP!!!

did you check clear CMOS jumper?
did you hook up Reset connector properly?
(better remove all connector (HDD led, Power Led, and all HDD ribbons)
Try to reboot.
If does boot, check

is CPU sitting properly, any pin bend?
Use different memory stick.

I'm having the same problem (Celeron 1.7GHz, 512 Mb Sdram 133Mhz, ECS P4VXASD2)

Have anyone figured out the problem?
