My Phone Line Got Struck By Lightening However Nothing Got Damaged Apart From The Modem :( It Was A 56K Just Plugged In For No Purpose As I Have Broadband Anyways It Won't Boot Anymore I Tested The RAM,HDD,PENTIUM 4 2.0GHZ,CD,DVD,PSU AND EVERYTHING I CAN IN MY CELERON 2.4GHZ AND IT ALL WORKS WHEN I PUSH THE POWER BUTTON IT TURN ON AND ALL THE FANS SPIN ALSO THERE IS A RED LED ON THE M/B LABELED LED 1 COMES ON I UPGRADED MY CELERON WITH THE 2.0GHZ SO NOW IT'S GOT A 2.4 CELERON HOWEVER IT WON'T BOOT WITH ANY CPU ANY HELP THANKS

I hope you removed the defective modem.

Disconnect everything from the motherboard except the CPU, video card and RAM. That's all you need to boot up and get a display.

Eek! Caps!

Yes, remove the modem. It could theoretically have knocked out your motherboard or power supply, too...remember to try that. Hopefully, it's just a fried modem.
