I just accidently bought a ECC 256mb RAM for mine. Without changing the BIOS to ECC it worked fine as a 256mb by itself but when I stuck in one more of my old non ECC 128mb the RAM count dropped to a total of 128mb then when I stuck in a second old non ECC 128mb the RAM count dropped to ZERO. The ECC only functioned properly by itself.
