ECC mean error correcting memory, which is not compatible with most computers.

99% of home and office use computers use non-ecc momory.

it won't run at all,
contact seller and cancel bit

ebay sellers sell crappy generic memories.

what's your mobo spec for memory?

for PC100/133 u can get generic part and be fine.
but if your mobo support DDR ram, make sure under search u add samsung (it's the best)
