|Shut down, remove the battery, plug in and start without the battery. If all goes well, shut down, unplug, install the battery, restart. If necessary, try with it plugged in as well.|
If it does not 'magically' 'fix' it, contact the Factory Tech Support since you are under your original warranty and explain all you have tried. Depending on what your results are of this and any tests they ask you to try, they may send you a new battery and/or charging cord with a return label for the defective part(s). It is possible that the problem is with the laptop, but less likely. You want to get problems like this on record with them in case reappear near the end of your warranty period so you are covered.
