OK, I have read most of the posts on DVI connectors and it still hasn't answered my question. My new Dell 19" LCD monitor has a D-SUB 15 pin connector and a DVI-D connector. The Graphics card I ordered has a D-SUB 15 pin conn. and a DVI-I connector. Now, the DVI-D cable that came with the Dell monitor has male connectors on both ends. How do I make it match the graphics card DVI-I connector? I am not considering using the Analog D-Sub at this time. I want DVI to DVI between graphics card and monitor. Someone please enlighten this dummy.

Thanks jam. I finally got a good look at each connector and I realized that their bascially the same except some use more pins than the other, but will still mate. I also found out that DVI-I is for both Digital and Analog as oppose to -D as Digital only. You beat me to my own response so felt I had to comment. Thanks.
