Hi - ive got a real problem. i recently got a Samsung DVDRW and i need help. I installed it into the computer. It is linked on a ide cable with my Samsung dvd/cdrw combo. is that fine???
Ok - here is my problem. When i burn a dvdrw at 2x it writes fine. But when i try to write a dvd r in Nero, the light starts flickering and flickers for a while then it just STOPS!!!! i have wasted so 10 dvd r's so far. Any help would be BRILLIANT - im just stumped right now :(. I have SERVICE PACK 2 and all the other similar complaints like these had SP2 on. Maybe a SP2 related prob?
also must i get firmware? and can sum1 tell me if its fine to have both my devices on the same ide cable :)
