Can someone explain to me the difference between the different DVD formats? Like, what's the + and - all about? What's better, and why? Check this out: http://www.officemax.com/max/solutions/product/prodBlock.jsp?prodBlockOID=537257790&cm_ven=Affiliate&cm_cat=Tier3&cm_pla=Tier3&cm_ite=Site&BV_UseBVCookie=no&affCode=PRF&siteID=k26601&mid=

Thanks!!
