My dvd-rom currently not working properly.It can't read either dvd or cd-rom. sometimes it can run but sometimes cannot. i had checked the device manager and all show device working properly.Even after clean the lens, the drive still not working properly.the green light on the dvd-rom keep on lighting even though no disc inside. anyone know what is the problem. thank you.

The laser may be no good. DVD drives don't last long...
