Comment:
I just bought unreal tournament 3, and when I put the DVD-ROM into my DVD-ROM drive the drive just acts as if nothing is in it. The disk is fine, Ive checked it on my moms laptop and it worked. Pleeease somebody help me, I couldn't wait to play this game and if I've just wasted the last of my money on something I can't play... well... bah...

Are you sure you have a DVD drive and not just a CD drive?

I have looked in the explorer, it simply lists the drive as normal and does not show the disk. I double click on the drive and it says "Please insert a disk into drive E". Also, I am sure it is a DVD drive, as I remember clearly when it was bought that it was a DVD drive, and it also has the DVD-ROM symbol on the front.

This is the obvious dumb question....

Is this the first dvd disk you have tried and did you install the drivers for the dvd rom or let windows see it and install its own drivers.

You may have to manual start or check to see if you DvD drive is set correct.

Go to DvD drive right click, Properties,AutoPlay
