Whatever DVD ripping software I am trying
(DVDDecrypter, or any of the many DVD rip to AVI/mpeg software) I keep getting the error:
" I/O Error! Device: {1:0:0} MATs---A UJDA745 DVD/CDRW 1.02 (E:) (ATA)
scsi status: 0x02
Interpretion: Check Condition
CDB: 28 00 00 00 00 40 00 00 01 00
Interpretation: read (10) - sector: 64
Sense Area: 70 00 03 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 11 00 00
Interpretation: Unrecovered Read Error"

I guess the software "DVD43" gave me some light on the problem:
It confirmed that it could not bypass protection of the DVD and added:
It just gave me the message "Use key exchange to get title keys(s)"
what's to do next please?

Hi
on your home made dvd...
does the dvd play as normal on your pc?
ie is the dvd player region compatible?

other wise try the newer version of decrypter theres an option tick box for alternative key, or smart ripper!, dvdfabripper.
