I have Windows Vista and Dell Media direct. I know there are limited times you can change the DVD region. My computer tells me I have one change left (I knew this before I did the previous change so that I could end up on Region 2 which is the most important one for me). Media direct tells me I have one region change left, asks me if I want to change to play the region 2 dvd I have just inserted but when I click 'yes, change the dvd region' it then doesn't do anything. If I go via My computer, properties, hardware, change dvd region, it tells me I have one change left, allows me to select region 2, asks me if I'm sure I want to change it as I have no further changes left, then tells me it can only do the change if I have a region 2 dvd in the drive (which I do, I have tried this with 3 different region 2 dvds) and then won't do it. Can you help me? I'm so angry at my computer for not making the change leaving me on the essentially useless region 1. Mel
