ok, i'm setting up a new computer but i want a Hitachi SATA 2 hard drive with 250 GB and Plextor SATA DVD burner and i would like to know if some motherboards that supports sata 2 slots can support my hard drive and my burner. I'm have been reviewing on the web and i picked up 2 motherboards: FOXCONN NF4UK8AA-8EKRS and CHAINTECH VNF4 Ultra ZENITH VE
Please tell me if i can install succesfully on one or both of this motherboards my sata 2 hard drive and my sata DVD burner.

looks to me that the foxconn can support what you wanna do, but the chaintech can't. the chaintech doesn't have the sata 2.
