dvd disc does not load

Hi I am using windows xp pro. I burned some data disc using Nero. Have no problem burring the disc but when I reload the burned disc in the DVD rom it shows as a blank disc. If I put the same disc in any other pc it works fine. The problem is only with DVD disc not cd.
