I have recently installed a dvd-rw drive. The problem is my computer is not reading the burner or my old cd-rom drive so i cannot properly install it. What did I do wrong?

You must set the proper Master / Slave setings on the drives. If they are both on the same ide cable i recomand you to set the DVD to Master and the CD-rom to Slave.
GooD Luck!

It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice...
