hey guys, i was looking at a friends dv6000 and i removed the DVD drive, i tried to turn it on without it and could not so i thought it is probably because i took the drive out. When i put it back in i figured it should turn on this time since everything is back to normal but it did not turn on?

What do you guys think the problem is? i was supposed to take it apart anyways to reflow the GPU in it, so i'm going to take it apart to make sure i didnt disconnect or loosen any cables inside when i flipped it around to take the dvd drive out. I'm going to do it by taking it apart and disconnecting everything from the mobo then reconnecting everything and try and see if hopefully it turns back on before i reflow the gpu.

I not going to start till later on tonight around 2am [i need to finish my college HW ;)], until then i would like to gather opinions on what you guys think the problem.

EDIT: i forgot to mention there is no sign of power when i press the power, meaning no sounds from the fans, hard drives, no post beep nothing, no light anywhere on the display turns on. When i press that power button its as if i hadn't pressed anything at all.
